Achievements
In 2008 LaVonne completed her Pilates course at Msac. The training included pilates, yoga, floor bar, anatomy, fitness physiology.
Moving into teaching LaVonne discovered the fulfillment of training others. This lead to furthering her fitness
education "to share my knowledge to help others achieve something which I truly believe in."
LaVonne continuously works towards getting her clients to be healthy and have an active state of life through physical training.
On completion of her Certificate 3 (gym instruction), certificate 4 (personal trainer) and her master trainer
she continued to study. Furthering her education in pilates and yoga to compliment what she could already offer
as a whole package of personal training and well being.
"My goal as a trainer is to make a difference. This includes being part of the life style change of my clients
for the better. Through support and encouragement I help them achieve a positive, healthy and life long
maintainable approach to health and fitness."
