When training my clients I incorporate aspects of fitness with my military background to attain desired results. Having self-training experience in many aspects of fitness training, I apply this knowledge to help my clients achieve their goals.
Your personal training sessions are determined by your health and fitness goals. With a varied mix of exercises from functional exercises to interval training to weights and cardio, your PT session will be different each time, – once you have made that decision to improve your fitness and health levels, bring along your commitment, a water bottle and sense of humour.
