I became a personal trainer to help others realise their goals. I love seeing my clients improving and achieving things they never thought possible and the subsequent transformation this has on their lives. There is a lot of information out there on fitness and nutrition, my aim is to simplifier it for my clients and help to motivate them to reach their potential.
I am currently completing my Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine). I believe what we eat is extremely important to not only our training but all aspects of life. I am passionate about learning and sharing this knowledge along with the benefits of strength training to improve you now and in the future.
