Excellent very easy to arrange my sessions using a flexible personal approach. The training sessions always vary so I’m never bored. I’ve seen a real difference in my fitness level since starting.
It would be great if the pole classes were more frequent as there are no others around the area.

My experience with Platinum has been great with John listening to my objectives, understanding my needs and meeting them, pushing when needed but not being ridiculous and understanding how to motivate me.
At 54 my body shape and strength is like i was 35, I’ve lost size off my waist and gained strength.

I’m a 73 year old man, feeling the weight of my age and less than perfect health. I need all the assistance that I can get to remain mobile and, to do that, I go to Platinum 3 times per week for “functional training” John and his staff are my lifeline to leading a healthier life. Without them I would probably be in a wheelchair before long.
It is with great pleasure that I write this testimonial and I urge all older people to find someone to train them. Training is not just for the young and fit. Older people probably need it more than the young.
Training, like youth, is wasted on the young!

best training, never boring, always feel great after a workout, have trained at a lot of places over the years but Johnny and his team are up there with the best .

Initially went as there was a deal on and it’s my first experience with a personal trainer. Wasn’t sure how comfortable I’d feel. Need not have worried. Very welcoming and encouraging. I can see and feel the results in only 6 weeks. Not only do you get a thorough work out which changes regularly and never gets boring, but you also get handy tips on diet and exercise while you are working out.
I feel motivated to continue going and enjoy the results.
I can recommend John and his team at Platinum fitness. Go in with the right attitude and they will work with you to achieve your goals.

I have been seeing John and his team at Platinum since Oct 14, 2 sessions per week with the mission of weight loss. I am not naturally somebody who likes to exercise but John is slowly transforming me into a little fitness lover, his sessions are always varied and he really knows his clients when I need pushing he’s there to take me to another level but equally when I am in need of a more gentle session he’ll mix it up. Can’t rate Platinum highly enough….and I’m even being converted to a fitness fanatic!!

I’ve been training at Platinum for almost 6 months. When i arrived for my first session I was a bit nervous as I had not undertaken regular exercise in a very long time. The staff tailored a work out plan to suit my needs and goals. 6 months later it has become a normal part of my routine

I’ve tried lots of different gyms over the years and this one has by far been the most accommodating. Like many people I know, I’ve had issues in the past committing to a regular exercise regime. The convenient location and 30min training sessions leave me no excuse to ever miss a workout. Trainers are always friendly, but know how to push you to achieve your targets. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is struggling to motivate themselves, or has a specific fitness goal they would like to achieve.

I’m just over half way through my 12 week bridal program and I’m thoroughly enjoying every session (Despite all the names I call Cory!) Already I’m feeling much fitter and have way more energy. Cory Motivates and gets results while making it enjoyable.

Small studio which suits me. Easy access to equipment. Great support from Cory. Not pretentious and we have a laugh during the session.

I’ve been going to Platinum for over 2 years now, and while I sometimes feel as if I’m going to die when I leave there, John and his team and wonderful at what they do, and extremely accommodating regarding flexibility…… I have recommended it to friends who have also joined aswell, and will continue to do so… A great place to train!!!

Platinum has been great from day 1, as a complete novice to fitness and gyms in general, the guys at Platinum helped me to not only achieve my goals but to surpass them. My goals were discussed and I sat down with John and came up with a plan on how to best reach them. I still can’t believe that I have stuck with it for so long and now not only look great but feel it too.

I have been training with Platinum for a little over 2 years. I have reached and exceeded my goals with the awesome trainers there! They have guided me with correct food planning and even taught me how to train on my own. I must say though I have learnt so much and can do it on my own..but… I still go back! Thank-you to all my awesome trainers I wouldn’t have done this all without you.

The guys at Platinum Personal Training are fantastic!I’ve been training there now for over a year and with their broad knowledge of the body and nutrition i have made massive gains weight loss wise.The team at Platinum are truely fantastic.

I love exercise, however, being time poor, I’ve tended to de-prioritise it.
Joining Platinum has turned this around.
The 30 minute high intensity sessions are great all round.
The trainers also give advice on healthy eating strategies, and encourage an overall lifestyle change for long term gain.

I really enjoy my PT sessions at Platinum. They’re really flexible with timing so there’s no excuses not to train! Motivation is always high and you get a thorough workout within the 30 minute session. So long as you’re prepared to put in, you’ll definitely see results!

“I was referred to Platinum after the birth of my first baby. The mums and bubs pilates was very appealing. It was a way of me getting gently back into an exercise regime, with the added bonus of being able to take my new born son. “Approximately 2 years ago I joined Victoria Police. Employment commenced with five months of training that required a high standard of physical fitness. Numerous training obstacles included bet were not limited to – regular running, swimming, drill marches, first aid training, defence tactical training and assessed obstacle course training. Often these tasks were conducted whilst wearing full operational dress, equipment and ballistic vests. Victoria Police requires graduation recruits to re-attend the Police Academy after the first two years of service in order to requalify to the same physical standard as per the initial graduation grade.
